While reading Gallery Hopper's post on the Polling Place Photo Project whose aim is to document all voting precincts in the US on Tuesday, I came across this link to The Photographer’s Right (in PDF) on an American legal page.
It got me to thinking whether a Canadian verison would be similar or substantially different, and whether there is already a Canadian equivalent document floating around out there.
Anyone know?
